Focus: Representing Loqenara with universities and educational institutions (outreach, contracting, relationship management).

Role overview

You will be the main point of contact for universities and academic partners, responsible for building relationships and expanding partnerships.

You will present the value of Loqenara and our services for localizing academic courses and learning paths into Arabic, and manage the partnership lifecycle from the first outreach through to signing the agreement.

Once the contract is finalized and all required materials and permissions have been collected, you will hand over the partnership in an organized way to the Course & Learning Path Localization Project Manager, who will oversee implementation and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build new partnerships and manage existing relationships with universities and educational institutions.

• Organize meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate materials and permissions.

• Support negotiation and contracting, and follow up on all steps until closure.

• Document agreements, materials, and requirements, and provide a clear handover to the implementation team.

• Prepare concise reports on the status of partnerships and opportunities in progress.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B partnerships (preferably in education / EdTech or content).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent Arabic and good English.

• High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple relationships in parallel.

• Readiness to work remotely and reliably follow up on tasks and partners.

Focus: Managing the localization/dubbing of courses and learning paths after contracts are signed, through to launch on the platform.

Role overview

You will take over courses and learning paths after all approved materials have been collected, and manage their transformation into fully localized Arabic versions ready for learners, all the way through to launch on the Loqenara platform—while ensuring quality and adherence to the agreed timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a project plan and clear timeline (phases, deliverables, review and approval milestones).

• Coordinate on a daily basis with the translation, language editing, dubbing/audio production, and technical teams.

• Manage and standardize terminology and style (glossary/style guide) and ensure consistency across all modules.

• Make sure the script is suitable for voice-over delivery, and review dubbing samples to verify meaning accuracy and smooth lip-sync.

• QA the final version before launch (module structure, content order, and overall quality of the on-platform experience).

• Identify obstacles early, propose solutions, and prepare concise status reports for management.

• Project management experience (preferably in localization, content, digital education/EdTech, or translation).

• Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and good English to understand course content.

Focus: Reviewing and improving AI-translated texts, localizing them linguistically and culturally, and preparing them for high-quality voice dubbing.

Role overview

You will turn AI-generated drafts into clear, natural, and accurate Modern Standard Arabic suitable for voice-over and professional educational content.

Your main focus will be: clarity of ideas, smooth and engaging style, precise terminology, and consistency across all course modules, while keeping the cultural context in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread AI-translated texts and correct linguistic, grammatical, and stylistic errors.

• Simplify complex sentences and rewrite them in a clear, instructional style suitable for voice narration.

• Standardize specialized terminology by domain and build/update a glossary to ensure consistency.

• Make sure the script is truly “ready for dubbing” (rhythm, sentence length, naturalness of dialogue).

• Review the fully dubbed video/audio to verify meaning accuracy and the smoothness of the overall experience before launch.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and the editing team to unify language policy and style across the platform.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic (writing and editing), with proven experience in translation/editing from English into Arabic.

• Strong English skills, with the ability to understand academic/professional content and its terminology.

• High attention to detail, strong sense of style, and reliable adherence to deadlines.

• Willingness to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
